CLARIFICATION TEXT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (PDPL)

As PRIMEGO TRAVEL (“COMPANY”), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we process and store all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with the COMPANY, including those benefiting from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL Law”).

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data may be processed by PRIMEGO TRAVEL as the Data Controller within the scope described below, in accordance with the PDPL Law.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data (Name, Surname, Identity/Passport No, Phone, Email, Flight Information, Address, etc.) will be processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company,
• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the people who have a business relationship with our Company,
• Determination and implementation of our company's commercial and business strategies,
• Ensuring the security of operations and organizing transfer services.

3. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers (insurance companies, transfer operation partners), legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL Law.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

As personal data owners, you have the following rights regarding yourself according to Article 11 of the PDPL Law:

• To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your request regarding the use of your above-mentioned rights to our COMPANY in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our COMPANY in writing in accordance with the PDPL Law.
