USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

All users who use this website (primegotravel.com) and make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been signed between primegotravel.com (hereinafter referred to as the “SITE”) and the person receiving service or using the SITE (hereinafter referred to as the “USER”).

2. SUBJECT OF SERVICE

The subject of this agreement is determining the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the airport transfer, car rental with driver, or tour services that the USER will purchase electronically from the SITE.

3. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

• Reservations are made through the online form on the SITE or via customer service.
• For reservation confirmation, the payment must be made or pre-authorization must be given.
• The USER can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the transfer time.
• For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer, no refund will be issued.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The USER accepts that the personal information (name, surname, phone, etc.) provided during the reservation is correct. The COMPANY is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by incorrect information.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 15 (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal"; "Contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period" fall within this scope, and the USER does not have the right of withdrawal after the transfer service has started or less than 24 hours before the service begins.

6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The USER's personal data is protected under the COMPANY's Privacy Policy and PDPL Clarification Text. The COMPANY undertakes not to share this information with third parties except for legal obligations.

7. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade, and IZMIR Courts and Enforcement Offices for values above this amount are authorized.
